The Sigma Phi Gamma Chapter of the National Residence Hall Honorary at SFSU is a housing group dedicated to serving the community we live in through service, recognition, leadership and scholastics.

We are the top 1% of student leaders living on campus!

Why should I join Sigma Phi Gamma? NRHH gives residents the ability to grow personally, academically and professionally through providing community service and hands-on leadership opportunities, as well as academic and social programing.

What do you mean by top 1% of leaders? Take 1 percent of the number of residents we have in University Housing and that is the number of active members we are allowed to induct each year --- and we only pick the best!!

Are we a fraternity or sorority? No, we are a national honors society.

Is there a minimum GPA? Yes, you must have a 2.75 to become a member of NRHH.

Who can join NRHH? The National Residence  Hall Honorary is only open to residents who have lived in a residence hall for 1 or more semesters and are currently living in University Housing.
